Jersey
Similar to Guernsey, Jersey requires a Representative Person for non-resident owners or companies not incorporated in Jersey. Our flat fee of £475.00 covers the 10-year validity period of your registration or yacht sale, whichever comes first.
Malta
For Malta yacht registration, a Resident Agent is mandatory if the owner is not a resident or the owning company is not Maltese. We offer an annual Resident Agent service for EUR 475.00, which includes managing the yearly renewal of your registration and radio license.
United Kingdom
Owning a yacht registered in the UK requires a Representative Person if you're not a resident or your owning company is not incorporated there. Our one-time fee of £275.00 covers the 5-year validity period of your UK registration or yacht sale.
