In reality, I was operating on autopilot - successful, respected, and increasingly disconnected from what mattered most.  I had lost my father in his early sixties, and with it,  the man who was a light, by no means perfect.  With experience, I have come to understand he was also finding his way.

The hardest part? Admitting that the strategies that built my career weren't working for my life.

My path into transformational work began when I realised that the same drive that made me successful was also creating patterns I couldn't break. The perfectionism. The inability to delegate. Often walking outdoors in the natural environment, sometimes over coffee. For shore-based leaders, we can establish a regular rhythm. For seagoing professionals, we work around your rotation schedule with intensive sessions during leave periods and remote support while onboard.
