On paper, I had won. In reality, I was operating on autopilot - successful, respected, and increasingly disconnected from what mattered most. I had lost my father in his early sixties, and with it, the man who was a light, by no means perfect. With experience, I have come to understand he was also finding his way.

Often walking outdoors in the natural environment, sometimes over coffee. For shore-based leaders, we can establish a regular rhythm. For seagoing professionals, we work around your rotation schedule with intensive sessions during leave periods and remote support while onboard.
