Similar to Guernsey, Jersey requires a Representative Person for non-resident owners or companies not incorporated in Jersey. Our flat fee covers the 10-year validity period of your registration or yacht sale, whichever comes first.

Malta

For Malta yacht registration, a Resident Agent is mandatory if the owner is not a resident or the owning company is not Maltese. We offer an annual Resident Agent service, which includes managing the yearly renewal of your registration and radio license.

United Kingdom

Owning a yacht registered in the UK requires a Representative Person if you're not a resident or your owning company is not incorporated there. Our one-time fee covers the 5-year validity period of your UK registration or yacht sale.
